The quote above says it all. Hard skills are simply no longer enough. It seems that so-called "soft" skills are not so soft after all. The skills of self-awareness, self-mastery and emotional intelligence can make or break you or your organization.

Participants will gain greater understanding of the importance of effective communication as well as the pitfalls of ineffective communication.
